Valves are available in cast steel body with stainless steel internal parts and imported Buna-N or Viton Diaphragms and 'O' Ring in Flanged End connection to 150# and 300#. The diaphragm used is of best quality, Nylon Reinforced, and imported from USA in Viton or Buna N.

The innovative Quad Ring Seals are unique in design, assures positive sealing, bubble tight shut-off and zero leakage as per ANSI standards. They are available in all sizes from 2" to 12" However most widely used sizes are 3"(For Tanker Loading) and 4"(For Wagon Loading). It has two solenoid valves, receiving signal from batch controllers to position the valve for low, medium and high flow conditions as programmed. It is used extensively in major oil companies & refineries and abroad.
